Fermentation at very low temperatures resulted in the presence of a small amount of CO2 that gives sparkle to this wine. New wine, bottled after two months of aging in stainless steel tanks. The intense, clean and fresh smell of this wine is dominated by notes of citrus, green apples and pears, which are interwoven with subtle tones of flowers. The taste is light, fresh and easy to drink, with vivid acids. Ideally balanced, with identical contents of sugar and acids, 8 grams each.
